I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On the plus side, the location was perfect, just a short walk from the main attractions, and the rooms were spacious with a nice balcony. However, I was really disappointed with the cleanliness of the room; there was hair left in the shower. The staff were friendly, but I think the service could be improved overall.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, especially because it had a great location just a short walk from the main center and the famous Via Monte Napoleone. The room I stayed in was a bit of a letdown with cleaning issues, but the balcony was a nice bonus. Service was excellent, but the dining options could use some improvement. Overall, it's a decent value for money but certainly not without its flaws.

I had a decent stay at the hotel which is located in the popular Quadrilatero D'Oro district, just a short 100m walk to the city center. The rooms, while comfortable and with a nice balcony, were not as clean as I hoped, unfortunately leaving some hair in the shower. The service was acceptable, but not remarkable. Overall, the location was a big plus for exploring the nearby attractions, which makes the hotel a suitable choice despite some cleaning issues in the room.
